Affirmations can reaffirm positivity back into your life and help your regain or increase your self-confidence. In your journal you will pick 3 affirmations, write them down, repeat them daily., and watch change happen.
Weight loss requires perseverance, and one way to ensure that you do not give up hope is to reward yourself. Rewards can help you stay motivated to reach the next milestone. In your fitness journal you will pick your favorite rewards from a list, assign it a weight loss milestone, and then begin working to achieve it.
One of the most powerful steps you can take on your health & fitness journey is to meal prep. It is so important to plan ahead to stay on track with your fitness goals. Use the GFJ's meal prepping template to plan at least 5 days during the week of healthy eating, and watch change happen.
Using a weight loss tracker is a great way to see if you're making progress on your fitness journey and to adjust accordingly. Use your GFJ to track your progress by recording weekly weigh-ins and body measurement data.
Reflection is a powerful process in that it allows you to pause amongst chaos, interpret observations and experiences, and then create meaning from it. Use your GFJ to reflect on your journey and identify ways to make it even better.
